Important for our international business customers:

• Registration

After registration, e.g. when you create a customer account, the prices are displayed and you can order.
When specifying the sales tax identification number (In the following format: EU country code plus numbers, e.g. NL034 ...) EU business partners and customers from non-EU countries receive an invoice without sales tax.
This applies regardless of what is shown in the automatically generated order confirmation.

• Conditions

All prices are shown without sales tax.
To grant our best conditions we need a valid sales tax identification number or other proof of business or educational work, e.g. business registration/homepage/online shop. If necessary, we activate these conditions manually.
For combed wool (Austr. Merino / Austr. Merino - Multicolor / Ombria / Space / Austr. Merino - silk blend / and the wool from Wensleydale and Blue Faced Leicester), we offer worthwhile graduated prices for orders of 500g, 1kg or bumps (approx.10kg) as well as for some other items (Needle Holders / Prefelt / Scarves / Packaging material). For other items, we grant a discount for orders of 20 or more.

• Payment Methods

After receipt of the order, we create an individual invoice with shipping costs.
Payments are made in advance by bank transfer or PayPal.
When paying in advance, we grant a 2% discount for goods over 50 euros.
When paying with PayPal, we cannot grant a discount because we pay the transaction costs. If no shipping costs are displayed in the ordering process, please wait for our payment request.
 

• Shipping

We deliver worldwide.
We calculate shipping costs per package. For all other countries, shipping is calculated individually after receipt of the order.
For parcels with a value (value of goods and shipping costs) of more than 500 EUR we still charge an insurance fee.
For non-EU countries, a customs clearance fee of EUR 1000 (value of goods and shipping costs) applies.

Hof Kornrade offers dyed wool from Bergschaf and Merino sheep in 64 colors and 15 blends. We also have Bergschaf wool in our range in many natural tones and natural melanges as well as carded bleached in fleece. In addition to this extensive range of fleece wool, you will find a wide range of tops from the Merino, Bergschaf, Wensleydale, Blue Face Leichester, Masham and Shetland sheep.

In 2018 we took over the range of merino tops from the "Wollfabrik Gertrud Huppertz GmbH & Co. KG" of the Hennecke family in Möchengladbach, we are continuing and expanding it.

Our Merino tops are mulesing-free. We process these further into different color combinations as multicolour and in mixtures with silk, as wool-silk compositions and wool silk melange. Another specialty of our online trade is our color series “Floating Colour”, here we hand color the tops of the sheep breeds Merino, Blue Face, Leicester, Wensleydale and Bergschaf. In our shop you can also get curls of Wenleydale and Blue Face Leicester sheep in natural tones and colored in the color gradient as “Floating Colour”. Our offer is rounded off by a wide range of felt accessories, such as latex, felting needles for dry felting, ball showers and soap. For the surface design we offer silk fibers in different colors and colored wool balls. Our natural-colored wool balls, spelled fur or darning wool, which you can also find here, are suitable for stuffing seat cushions and animals. Books as well as felt and handicraft packs can be found under our heading "Accessories".
